The Alley started with a simple belief: that a good bakery should feel like a good neighbor. Not fancy, not rushed — just honest food made well and served with a smile.

We opened our doors on North Jupiter Road because Garland deserved a place where the bread smells like bread should, where the counter is stocked with things you actually want to cook with, and where the people behind the register know your name.

Every product we carry — from our morning sourdough to the olive oil we keep by the register — is something we'd happily put on our own table. That's the standard. It's the only one we need.
